Chemical Safety & Industrial Hygiene Program

The Chemical Safety and Industrial Hygiene Program provides a breadth of services across the UCSF enterprise. This team works collaboratively with research and clinical staff to ensure the safe use and storage of hazardous materials. Additionally, this team provides technical support for health care accreditation, injury and illness reduction, job hazard analyses, occupational exposure monitoring, and strict oversight of hazardous building materials.
