Building Inspection Reports & Plans of Correction

UCSF Fire Prevention provides links to the inspection reports conducted by our staff on behalf of the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Most violations are expected to be corrected within 30 days or less. If more time is required, a Plan of Correction must be submitted for approval, specifying the time required for correction and any additional measures that will be put in place to ensure life safety.
