The Controlled Substances Program Manual outlines the regulations and procedures governing the use of Controlled Substances at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and its satellite locations. All UCSF Principal Investigators and laboratory personnel must adhere to the campus Controlled Substances policies and procedures in the conduct of their research and clinical activities.
This manual incorporates changes implemented resulting from recent United States Drug Enforcement Agency requirements. You will receive updated copies of this manual from the Office of Environmental Health and Safety as warranted.
